What Would You Do If You Were the Bravest Version of Yourself?
How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get started?
To answer this question, I will be sharing some vulnerable things with you. I am in an AMAZING place in my life today, but it wasn’t always this way.
I barely recognize my life when I pause and take a look back. My all-time low came when I found myself in a very difficult relationship. Because of my compassionate nature and desire to see the good in everyone, I stayed even when my gut was telling me to get out. I overlooked ongoing bad behavior directed towards me. I made excuses, telling myself that this person was just having a difficult season and things would get better. I over-empathized because of his difficult childhood. My heart was in the right place, but I didn’t have good boundaries in place. In addition, during this time, I learned I had stage I breast cancer, and ended up having a double mastectomy. My recovery was difficult, but not because of breast cancer. That was a walk in the park compared to the constant internal turmoil and external conflict I was dealing with in the relationship.
As time ticked on, I felt like I was fading away … feeling more and more like a shell of myself.
I felt so alone.
I didn’t feel like I could let my family or even my very best friend know just HOW bad things were because I felt so ashamed of even being in this relationship. I knew I was smarter than this, but here I was, stuck.
Things got so bad, I finally had to admit to myself that if I did not make some changes and start taking care of myself, things were only going to get worse … and I didn’t know how much worse I could take. It took me a long time to understand that I was dealing with a person who possessed strong narcissistic characteristics. I knew I did not want the rest of my life to follow the trajectory of repeatedly allowing myself to be traumatized for someone else’s sake.
This was a serious wake-up call for me.
Then, in my all-time lowest of places, I had what I would call, Divine intervention. I had a strong vision (impression) about what my true mission is … a moment I will never forget. From there I decided to stake my claim in the truth that I was worth fighting for. And then I was ready to unearth everything I could to get me working towards that beautiful vision of my mission.
I invested in alternative therapy. I ditched the bad relationship. I gave myself time and space to heal. I learned to make life-giving shifts in my thinking and made significant personal and lifestyle changes. I went to school for life and health coaching. I went to school for trauma-informed therapy. I have additionally gone through different types trainings at various times through the years, which allowed me to facilitate a number of different care groups. These precious people courageously faced painful situations experienced during childhood and, as a result, experienced a great amount of healing. My journey has led me into a deeper compassion for myself that, honestly, I am still learning and growing into. My empathy for others has deepened, particularly for those who struggle with self-confidence, lack of boundaries, and those who find themselves in difficult relationships. I am able to hold space for those struggling while now implementing good boundaries for myself.
This is why I continue to be committed to my own ongoing personal growth. This is why I am so passionate about helping others. And this is why I am here for you!
There is so much more to my story, but I wanted to give you a quick, transparent snapshot of me.
In summary, as I stated on my “About Your Coach” page, I stepped into my vision, awakening to the fact that helping others is my calling! I am now taking this giant leap of faith by diving into my new and exciting unknown!
What kinds of clients do you work with?
I work with men and women alike who struggle with taking good care of themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This lack of self-care manifests in ways like depletion, resentment, flimsy boundaries, over-giving, people pleasing, exhaustion, not feeling respected, feeling guilty, feeling stressed, feeling deprived, feeling unloved … and the list goes on.
These individuals are ready for a step-by-step system to end the pain and struggle and experience an entirely new connected relationship to their self. This was the piece that I lacked for so long. There would have been many choices I would have made differently had I learned this sooner!
I am equally passionate about helping people find their dating SUPER POWER because I want to teach others how to eliminate bad dates and bad relationships! I want to help get people on the road to attracting a quality partner.
How are you different from other Life & Health Coaches?
Our mind, body, spirit, emotions, and overall health (including nutrition) are all intertwined. We don’t get what we want out of life because we have an inability to cope with the stresses of day-to-day life. The cause of this stress could be anything from not sleeping well, being on the go all the time, giving out of obligation rather than abundance, not having enough movement, not eating foods that work best for our bodies, or sometimes it can be something as simple as eating too fast or eating while stressed. These are simple changes that that can boost success in our self-care. In short, I offer a unique holistic approach when it comes to coaching.
The most important aspect to my coaching is helping clients transform beliefs and mindsets so they can show up for themselves and live their lives in a whole new way. I have individually tailored step-by-step guidelines on ways to approach a healthy mindset around good self-care.
Something else that makes me different from other life & health coaches is that I ONLY work with people who are looking to improve their personal self-care and relationships. I refer clients who want targeted coach on things like money and investments to other coaches.
What that means for you is that I am very focused on anything and everything that will help you to be the best, most authentic version of yourself.
Because my focus is very narrow and I have personal experience overcoming these challenges, you will get a deep level of expertise on what works to overcome the self-care that you have neglected. I have become quite the expert at this topic and that’s why my clients get amazing results – and we have a lot of fun along the way!

I love this question! To this point, I have spent hundreds of hours between school and practice clients. And … my entire life has been an active training ground. What makes me different from other coaches is that you will benefit from wisdom and years of accumulated insight that a younger, more experienced coach will not have. I have faced a number of challenges in my life including childhood trauma, physical abuse, abandonment, sexual abuse, and emotional abuse. These experiences caused a lack of self worth, a lack of self-confidence, harsh self-criticism, difficulty speaking up for myself, difficulty understanding my own boundaries, difficulty in my relationship with That Which is Greater, as well as body image and eating issues. Working through these challenges led me to have a keen sensitivity and compassion for your painful places. Do you feel like you aren’t able to rise above your challenges? I understand. And, I am here to tell you that, YES YOU CAN!
Growing in my own self-care has nourished my soul like nothing else ever has. And now, I am on a mission to help you elevate yours! Who does this program NOT work for?
At the current time, I have 4 new client openings for the month of July in my schedule, so please know I’m very selective about who I work with, (gently) choosing to turn away people who aren’t suited for my program and won’t get the results they would have invested in as I do not believe this would be fair to them.
The 90-Day Transformation to Discovering Your Best Self and the 90-Day Intensive to Discovering Your Dating Super Power is NOT for those who aren’t ready to commit financially to their transformation, and it is NOT for those who just want to talk about making changes, but want to actively implement real change in their lives.
Without exception, another kind of person I will not work with is the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently don’t show up to sessions and/or make excuses in order to keep putting themselves and their well-being last on the list of priorities.
If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not schedule an initial conversation with me, and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together, and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?
What exactly is your system and what does it include?

We’re going to cover all things mind and self, using the “6W Questions” – remember those from the 6th grade when you learned about this?

- Where – Where am I going to have the time/resources to change these patterns?

Here’s how we get started:
- During our initial conversation, you can officially enroll in the 90-Day Transformation to Discovering Your Best Self or the 90-Day Intensive to Discovering Your Dating SUPER POWER!
- I’ll walk you through how to make the investment (I accept all major credit cards so processing the investment will be easy)
- We’ll choose a recurring day of the week and time for your sessions
- These sessions should be considered a sacred time – they are first priority, because YOU are first priority
- Sessions will occur once per week for 90 days (a total of 12 sessions). The sessions can be done in person, by video conferencing, or by phone, whichever you are most comfortable with.
- I’ll send you a “Welcome Email” that includes a Coaching Program Agreement (you will sign this agreement before our first session)
- Watch your mailbox for a special something that is headed your way that will help enhance your experience!
Tackling all the above is a lot on our own and often overwhelming to the point that it is easier to stay where we are. Coaching is a process that is facilitated in a specific way so you can be different, without having to think about being different. The first step is raising awareness about what we really desire for ourselves and our lives.
