My unique mind-body-spirit holistic coaching approach focuses on you as a whole, rather than just one aspect of yourself. As we work together on individual specific challenges and goals, my approach takes into consideration that you are interconnected on an emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual level. Each element affects one another, many times in a manner that you may not understand. My sessions are designed to be goal focused, not trauma-focused. What this means is that we will work together creating the life you want by overcoming your challenges and obstacles. As a result, this may possibly surface old wounds or traumatic experiences.

What does it mean to be trauma informed? Let’s first define trauma. Trauma is anything that overwhelms our capacity to cope and respond, which leaves us feeling helpless, hopeless, and out of control. Regardless of what your experiences have been, as we work on achieving the life you want, my trauma-informed approach provides a safe, compassionate environment, where trust can grow. I believe that you will respond best when your entire being is valued and engaged.
