To be honest, when I first started coaching with Joy, I thought this 90-day thing was pretty stupid. I didn’t think I needed help. I only did it because my sister wanted me to. So, I “played along” and told Joy I wanted to increase my activity level and develop a better social life. I did actually want this, but I didn’t hold out a lot of hope that Joy could really help me. Boy, was I wrong. What surfaced was my lack of self-confidence, which I have struggled with for most of my life.
I ended up working through long-held beliefs that kept me from living the life I have truly wanted. Joy helped me realize that it is okay to be true to myself. When I honor myself, I also honor others around me. I have learned and executed new ways of interacting with people, and it is a game-changer!
I had no idea when I began these sessions, how powerful and impactful they would be. What I loved most about coaching with Joy is that I feel like a new person!
