Before coaching with Joy, I often felt overwhelmed and anxious. She taught me the importance of putting my own needs first, like the “oxygen mask” analogy. Taking a moment to pause and understand what I need has become essential. I’ve realized I’m stronger than I thought and capable of more than I imagined. I’m now better at using my voice and communicating my needs in a healthier way. I’ve also learned to be more patient with myself and listen to my body. What I loved most about coaching with Joy was the full support I felt in discovering new ways to relate to myself and my family.
