about your coach

Life hasn’t been easy for many of us, myself included. I faced early childhood abandonment and endured physical, sexual, and emotional abuse at different times throughout my childhood and adolescence. These experiences filled me with deep fear, unworthiness, and critical self-judgment, affecting how I saw myself, my relationships, and the world around me. Although years of therapy, support groups, and healthy confidants provided some help, I still struggled to find true freedom in my life.

It took me a long time to realize that I didn’t need to “have it all together” to do this well. It also took time to understand that this is more than just a calling; it’s my calling. With my compassionate heart and love for teaching, I’ve always felt driven to support others in their most painful places. So, I gathered my courage and decided that despite my 10+ years in finance and over 20 years in the medical field, it was time for a change. One of my most transformative experiences was training to become a life and health coach, and even more so in learning about trauma-informed care. I gained invaluable skills to help others, and every day I find greater personal freedom, building on my own strength and resilience.
